摘  要:NiCrAlY复合镀层的组织结构对其服役性能影响重大,而CrAlY粉末粒径是决定电沉积制备的NiCrAlY复合镀层组织结构的关键因素之一,它对NiCrAlY复合镀层的元素含量、与基体结合强度、表面粗糙度和内部致密度均有显著影响,进而影响NiCrAlY复合镀层的抗高温氧化性和耐磨性。本文研究了不同粒径CrAlY粉末制备的NiCrAlY复合镀层与基体的结合力、表面粗糙度、组织均匀性和致密性,以及NiCrAlY作为粘结层时所得NiCrAlY-SiC复合镀层的组织结构和耐磨性。实验结果显示,小粒径CrAlY粉末更易制得与基体结合力高、内部组织致密的NiCrAlY复合镀层,随后制得的NiCrAlY-SiC复合镀层也具有更优异的抗高温氧化性,在与NiCoCrAlY涂层进行高温高速对磨时展现出更好的耐磨性。The microstructure of NiCrAlY composite coating has a great influence on its service performance.The particle size of CrAlY powder is one of the key factors affecting the microstructure of electroplated NiCrAlY composite coating.It has a significant impact on the elemental composition,adhesion strength,surface morphology,and inner compactness of NiCrAlY composite coating,and finally affects its high-temperature oxidation resistance and wear resistance.In this paper,the adhesion,surface roughness,microstructure uniformity,and compactness of NiCrAlY composite coating electroplated with CrAlY powder of different particle sizes were studied.The microstructure and wear resistance of NiCrAlY-SiC composite coating prepared with NiCrAlY as adhesive layer were also studied.The experimental results showed that NiCrAlY composite coatings with high adhesion and compact structure could be more easily formed when using small-sized CrAlY powder.The NiCrAlY-SiC composite coating electroplated with small-sized CrAlY powder had excellent high-temperature oxidation resistance,and showed better wear resistance when it was rubbed against NiCoCrAlY coating at high temperature and high speed.
