摘  要:采用松香、咪唑类化合物等为主要成膜物质,乙醇和异丙醇为溶剂,制备了高性能的环保有机可焊保护剂(OSP)SX-04。它具有比某进口产品YF-80更稳定的性能,在室温下敞口存放25 d时才出现颜色变化和生成沉淀,30 d后pH变化不大。通过中性盐雾试验、电化学阻抗谱和塔菲尔曲线测试、干(湿)老化试验,对比了镀锡层分别采用SX-04和YF-08处理后的耐蚀性、耐热性和可焊性。结果表明SX-04处理的样片综合性能优于采用YF-08处理的样片。An environmentally friendly organic solderability preservative(OSP,coded as SX-04)with excellent performance was synthesized using rosin and imidazole compounds as main film-forming substance with ethanol and isopropanol as solvent.The homemade OSP SX-04 had better stability than the imported counterpart YF-08.When being stored in atmospheric environment,the color of SX-04 didn’t change and no precipitation was formed in it until the 25th day,and its pH varied little after 30 days.The corrosion resistance,heat resistance,and weldability of tin coating after being treated with SX-04 and YF-08 respectively were compared by neutral salt spray test,dry and humid aging tests,electrochemical impedance spectroscopy,and Tafel plot measurement.The results showed that the specimen treated with SX-04 had better comprehensive properties than that treated with YF-08.
