摘　　要：在印制电路板(PCB)制程中,电镀金属层是关键工序之一,所得半成品的表面清洁度显著影响着产品良率。本文结合PCB生产一般用水水质、标杆企业的数据及电镀领域的行业标准,对PCB电镀清洗用水进行分类,并界定了PCB半成品表面清洁度的要求。分析了PCB件带入和带出对清洗缸水质变化的影响,通过实验研究了清洗水质对半成品表面清洁度的影响,给出了各工段清洗用水水质的建议。Metal electroplating is one of the key procedures for printed circuit board(PCB)manufacturing.The cleanliness of semi-product electroplated greatly influences the qualification rate of product.In this paper,the rinsing water used during electroplating of PCB was classified by referring to the water quality of PCB manufacturing in common and outstanding companies,and related standards in plating industry.The surface cleanliness of PCB semi-product was also determined.The effects of drag-in and drag-out of impurity ions with PCB on the water quality of rinsing tanks were analyzed.Some experiments were conducted to study the effect of the quality of rinsing water on the surface cleanliness of semi-product.Some suggestions about the quality of rinsing water used in different steps of PCB manufacturing process were given.
