摘  要:电子产品电镀废水成分复杂、处理难度大,成为了电子行业可持续发展的主要制约因素之一。采用脱色絮凝和吸附絮凝两步法对深圳某电子产品厂的电镀废水进行净化处理。研究了不同因素对脱色絮凝和吸附絮凝效果的影响,发现采用8‰(质量分数)的脱色絮凝剂CW-08在pH 11和温度55℃的条件下处理30 min,以及采用5‰(质量分数)的吸附絮凝剂BWG-102在pH 6和温度35℃的条件下处理25 min的效果最佳。在上述较佳工艺条件下先对电镀废水脱色絮凝再吸附絮凝,出水的COD(化学需氧量)、总磷、氨氮,以及铬、铁、锌、镍、铜等重金属离子浓度均满足国家标准GB 21900-2008中表2和广东省地方标准DB 44/1597-2015中表1的要求。The electroplating wastewater discharged from electronics manufacturing is complicated and hard to be treated,which is one of the key factors restricting the sustainable development of the electronics industry.A two-step flocculation method in combination of decolorization and adsorption was adopted to purify the electroplating wastewater from an electronics manufacturer in Shenzhen.The factors affecting the decolorization and adsorption effectiveness were studied.The optimized conditions are flocculant CY-088‰by weight,pH 11,temperature 55°C,and time 30 min for decolorization,and flocculant BWG-1025‰by weight,pH 6,temperature 35°C,and time 25 min for adsorption.After decolorization followed by adsorption under the said conditions,the concentrations of chemical oxygen demand(COD),total phosphorus,ammoniacal nitrogen,and heavy metal ions including chromium,iron,zinc,nickel,and copper in effluent meet the demands of the Table 2 of national emission standard GB 21900-2008 and the Table 1 of the Guangdong Province’s emission standard DB 44/1597-2015.
