OBE理念下医学院校体育教育质量现状及提升路径研究

摘　　要：OBE理念倡导以学生学习成果为逻辑起点对教育理念和教学体系进行设计,在“健康中国”“体医融合”的时代背景下,其对提升医学院校体育教育质量有着重要指导意义。笔者采用文献资料、问卷调查、逻辑分析等方法,对OBE理念下医学院校体育教育质量现状进行分析,发现其问题突出表现在“双不足现象”愈发明显、体育教师对复合型医学人才培养的支撑有限、学习投入与教育成效存在反差等方面。在此基础上,阐明了OBE理念是医学院校体育教育质量提升的必然选择,并提出了相关提升路径:凝练培养目标,定义OBE理念下医学院校体育教育的质量与产出标准;优化课程设计,实现OBE理念下医学院校体育教育的学习成果产出;完善考核方式,评估OBE理念下医学院校体育教育的质量与成效。The OBE concept relies on students’learning achievements to design the education concept and teaching system.Under the background of“healthy China”and“integration of physical medicine”,it has an important guiding significance to improve the quality of physical education in medical colleges.Using the methods of literature,questionnaire and logical analysis,this paper pointed out the current situation of physical education quality in medical colleges under the OBE concept,and found that the problems were“double deficiencies”,the limited support of physical education teachers,and the contrast between learning engagement and educational effectiveness,etc.The OBE concept is the inevitable choice to improve the quality of physical education in medical colleges.On this basis,the relevant improvement paths were put forward:refining the training objectives to define the quality and standards,optimizing the curriculum design to achieve the learning outcomes,improving the assessment methods to evaluate the effectiveness.
