绿色金融对制造业技术创新效率的影响研究

摘　　要：选取2005—2021年沪深A股制造业上市企业数据,实证探讨绿色金融对制造业技术创新效率的影响,验证信贷资源错配、人力资本积累在二者关系中的中介效应。研究结果表明:绿色金融显著促进制造业技术创新效率提升;绿色金融可通过降低信贷资源错配、增加人力资本积累两条路径,有效提高制造业技术创新效率。异质性检验发现,绿色金融对制造业技术创新效率的影响存在差异性,对非国有和技术密集型制造业技术创新效率的激励作用更强。对此,提出加大绿色金融供给与创新、优化信贷资源配置机制、健全人力资本积累渠道与因业制宜落实差异化绿色金融政策的建议,为发挥绿色金融作用、提升制造业技术创新效率提供经验证据。Using data from A-share manufacturing companies in Shanghai and Shenzhen from 2005 to 2021,this paper empirically explores the impact of green finance on the efficiency of technological innovation in the manufacturing industry,and verifies the mediating effect of credit resource mismatch and human capital accumulation in the relationship between the two.The results show that green finance significantly promotes the efficiency of technological innovation in manufacturing industry.Green finance can effectively improve the efficiency of technological innovation in the manufacturing industry by reducing the mismatch of credit resources and increasing the accumulation of human capital.The heterogeneity test found that there are differences in the impact of green finance on the efficiency of technological innovation in manufacturing industries,with a stronger incentive effect on the efficiency of technological innovation in non-state owned and technology intensive manufacturing industries.In response to this,policy recommendations are proposed to increase the supply and innovation of green finance,optimize the allocation mechanism of credit resources,improve human capital accumulation channels,and implement differentiated green finance policies tailored to industry needs,providing empirical evidence for exerting the role of green finance and improving the efficiency of technological innovation in the manufacturing industry.
