江苏跨境电商发展对制造业转型升级的促进研究

摘　　要：在理论分析的基础上,采用DEA模型构建了跨境电商发展及促进制造业转型升级的评价指标,分析发现发展滞后既有纯技术效率的原因,又有规模效率的原因,同时发现纯技术效率比规模效率更能推动江苏制造业转型升级。在具体指标上,也表现出纯技术效率更能推动转型升级的经济效益,而非创新能力。同时通过灰色关联度分析发现信息技术和物流服务及跨境B2B对制造业转型升级的关联度较强,而跨境B2C的关联度只处于最后位置,最后提出相关的建议。Based on theoretical analysis,the DEA(Data envelopment analysis)model is used to construct the evaluation indicators for cross-border e-commerce development and the promotion of the transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry.It is found that technical efficiency can promote the transformation and upgrading of Jiangsu's manufac-turing industry more than scale efficiency.In terms of specific indicators,it also shows that technical efficiency instead of innovation ability can promote the economic benefits of trans-formation and upgrading.Finally,through the Grey Relational Analysis,it is found that in-formation technology,logistics services and B2B cross-border E-business form are strongly related to the transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry,while B2C cross-border E-business form is the least related.
