摘  要:跨海桥梁桩基基础一般采取先振沉钢护筒,再钻孔清渣,最后浇筑钢筋混凝土的施工工艺。一般采取振动锤对钢护筒进行振沉,在泥土超过一定深度或者标贯击数超过30(以全风化岩为代表)的地层中,较容易出现进尺缓慢而钢护筒无法继续贯入的情况。出现此种现象多半由于地质勘探资料与实际有差异,导致施打标高与设计标高可能存在一定的偏差。针对厦门某跨海桥梁工程桩基施工工艺开展研究,并针对遇到的钢护筒初次施打标高无法到位的问题开展研究,针对性提出解决方案,最终达到设计要求完成了施工。The construction of the pile foundation for the cross-sea bridge generally adopts the construction process of first vibrating and sinking the steel casing,then drilling and cleaning the sludge,and finally pouring reinforced concrete.Typically,a vibrating hammer is used to sink the steel casing.In soil layers where the depth exceeds a certain limit or the standard penetration test(SPT)value exceeds 30(representing highly weathered rock),it is common to encounter slow progress in penetration and the inability to continue sinking the steel casing.This phenomenon is mostly due to differences between the geological ex-ploration data and the actual conditions,leading to a certain deviation between the initial sinking elevation and the design elevation.This article focuses on the research of the pile foundation construction process for a cross-sea bridge project in Xiamen.It addresses the problem of the initial sinking elevation of the steel casing not reaching the required position and proposes targeted solutions.Ultimately,the construction was successfully completed to meet the design requirements.
