摘  要:在旋转薄膜烘箱163℃下,对沥青、软化油、胶粉、SBS等原料进行不同时间的热氧老化,将老化后的原料用于制备改性沥青防水卷材,以卷材老化前后的低温柔性为判据,探究原料的热氧老化与改性沥青防水卷材低温柔性的关系。结果表明:61#软化油的热氧稳定性最好,热氧老化不同时间的软化油对卷材的低温柔性几乎无影响;胶粉老化5 h后,对卷材低温柔性的影响已经出现平台期,继续老化对卷材低温柔性的影响较小;随老化时间的延长,用90#沥青制备的改性沥青防水卷材老化前后的低温柔性均逐渐变差;与其他原料相比,相同老化时间的SBS制备的改性沥青防水卷材老化前后的低温柔性最差。Bitumen,softening oil,rubber powder,SBS and other raw materials are subjected to thermal oxidative aging for different times in a rotating thin film oven at 163℃.The aged raw materials are used to prepare modified bitumen waterproofing membranes.The low-temperature flexibility before and after membrane aging is used as the criterion to explore the relationship between thermal oxidative aging of raw materials and low-temperature flexibility of modified bitumen waterproofing membranes.The results show that 61#softening oil has the best thermal oxidative stability,and softening oil with different thermal oxidative aging times has almost no effect on the low-temperature flexibility of the membrane;after 5 hours of aging,the rubber powder's impact on the low-temperature flexibility of the membrane has reached a plateau period,and further aging has a relatively small impact on the low-temperature flexibility of the membrane;as the aging time prolongs,the low temperature flexibility of the modified bitumen waterproofing membrane prepared with 90#bitumen gradually deteriorates before and after aging;compared with other raw materials,the modified bitumen waterproofing membrane prepared with SBS of the same aging time has the worst low-temperature flexibility before and after aging.
