摘　　要：采用甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)、聚碳酸亚丙酯二醇(PPCD)、二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)、1,4-丁二醇(BDO)、三乙胺(TEA)和乙二胺(EDA)为主要原料,制备了水性聚氨酯(WPU)乳液,再向体系中加入硫酸钡及其他助剂配制成水性聚氨酯防水涂料。探究了异氰酸根指数(R值)、DMPA含量、中和度及后扩链系数对水性聚氨酯防水涂料拉伸强度、断裂伸长率、撕裂强度和吸水率的影响。结果表明:当R值为1.55、DMPA含量为5%、中和度为100%、后扩链系数为40%时,制得的水性聚氨酯防水涂料的综合性能最佳。Waterborne polyurethane(WPU)emulsion is prepared with toluene diisocyanate(TDI),polypropylene carbonate glycol(PPCD),dimethylol propionic acid(DMPA),1,4-butanediol(BDO),triethylamine(TEA)and ethylene diamine(EDA)as the main raw materials,and then barium sulfate and other additives are added to the system to prepare the waterborne polyurethane waterproofing coating.In this article,the effects of isocyanate index(R value),DMPA content,neutralization degree and post chain extension coefficient on the tensile strength,elongation at break,tear strength and water absorption of waterborne polyurethane waterproofing coatings are explored.The results show that the comprehensive performance of the waterborne polyurethane waterproofing coating is optimal when the R value is 1.55,the DMPA content is 5%,the neutralization degree is 100%,and the post chain extension coefficient is 40%.
