摘  要:以某产业园厂房旧改项目为例,介绍了“丁基自粘TPO卷材+柔性光伏组件”方案在既有轻荷载混凝土屋面改造中的应用,包括防水主材与光伏系统选型、施工工艺以及细部节点处理。在老旧甚至已漏水的混凝土屋面安装此类光伏防水一体化系统,丁基自粘TPO卷材一方面解决漏水问题,另一方面提供使用寿命30年以上的屋面防水保障;TPO方管散热格栅的使用简化了安装步骤,大大提高安装施工效率的同时,不仅提升光伏系统的散热性能,还可以保障屋面卷材不会因为光伏发电发热而加速老化。Taking the plant renovation project of some industrial park as an example,this paper introduces the application of the“butyl self-adhesive TPO membrane+flexible photovoltaic modules”scheme in the renovation of existing lightweight concrete roofs,including the selection of waterproofing main materials and photovoltaic systems,construction technology and details treatment.By installing this type of photovoltaic waterproofing integrated system on old or even leaking concrete roofs,the butyl self-adhesive TPO membrane not only solves the leakage problem,but also provides roof waterproofing protection with a service life of more than 30 years.The use of TPO square tube heat dissipation grille simplifies the installation steps,greatly improves the efficiency of installation and construction;meanwhile,it not only improves the heat dissipation performance of the photovoltaic system,but also ensures that the roof membrane does not get accelerated aging due to the heating caused by photovoltaic power generation.
