摘　　要：大连辉瑞制药120A项目屋面防水保温工程采用卓宝“WiCi外喜”防水保温一体化系统应用技术,将防水与保温有机地结合在一起,一站式解决了屋面防水和保温不能兼顾的问题,同时简化了屋面构造,更加低碳、节能。本文在阐述防水保温一体化系统在屋面等结构部位防水设计与施工的基础上,重点介绍了女儿墙、水落口、设备基础等细部节点的防水做法。The roof waterproofing and insulation of Dalian Pfizer Pharmaceutical 120A project adopts WiCi waterproofing and insulation integrated system application technology from Joaboa,which organically combines waterproofing and insulation,solving the problem in a one-stop manner of not being able to take care of both roof waterproofing and insulation together.At the same time,the system simplifies the roof structure,making it more low-carbon and energy-saving.On the basis of elaborating on the waterproofing design and construction of integrated waterproofing and insulation systems in structural parts such as roofs,this article focuses on the waterproofing methods of details such as parapets,water outlets and equipment foundations etc.
