摘  要:从搭接方式、施工温度以及T型缝、封边、阴角等细部的处理几个方面探讨了施工技术对耐根穿刺性能试验的影响,指出耐根穿刺试验框的搭接推荐采用上块卷材一边放一边与下块卷材焊接,并控制边缘出油量;焊接温度以卷材表面刚刚好熔化为准;T型缝焊接过程中建议第2层卷材剪去一个45°的斜三角;阴角附加层推荐采用直径50 mm的圆片;接缝封边建议将焊接过程中的卷材熔出物封住胎基即可。This paper discusses the influence of construction technology on the root resistant performance test from several aspects such as overlapping method,construction temperature and the treatment of details like T-joints,edge sealing and internal corners.It points out that the recommended overlapping method for the root resistant test frame is to weld the top membrane with the lower membrane as the top one unrolled gradually,and control the bitumen oozing at the edges;the welding temperature should be ok when it makes the membrane surface just melted;during the T-seam welding process,it is recommended to cut off a 45°diagonal triangle from the second layer of membrane;round pieces with a diameter of 50 mm is recommended as the additional layer for the inner corner;for joint edge sealing,it suggests that to seal the carrier with the molten material from the membrane during the welding process will be ok.
