摘  要:湿铺防水卷材在实际应用中,施工环境、基层条件和粘结材料等因素都会影响其与基层的剥离强度。通过试验研究了基层干燥程度、水泥净浆水灰比、粘结材料种类对湿铺防水卷材与基层剥离强度的影响,结果表明:在充分湿润的基层上,湿铺防水卷材与基层的剥离强度最高、粘结效果最好。水泥净浆的水灰比在0.35~0.50对湿铺防水卷材与基层的剥离强度影响并不显著,从施工角度考虑水灰比控制在0.40~0.50为宜。在粘结材料试验中,水泥净浆粘结性能优异,但粘结质量不均匀;聚合物水泥防水砂浆粘结效果最好;聚合物水泥浆不适合作为湿铺防水卷材的粘结材料。In practical applications,factors such as construction environment,substrate conditions and bonding materials can all affect the peeling strength between wet-laid waterproofing membranes and the substrate.Through experiments,the influence of drying degree of the substrate,water cement ratio of cement paste,and bonding material types on the peeling strength between wet-laid waterproofing membrane and substrate is studied.The results show that on a fully wet substrate,the peeling strength and bonding effect between wet-laid waterproofing membrane and substrate are the highest.The water cement ratio of cement slurry between 0.35 and 0.50 does not have a significant impact on the peeling strength,but from the construction perspective,it is advisable to control the water cement ratio between 0.40 and 0.50.In the bonding material test,the cement paste has excellent bonding performance,but the bonding quality is uneven;the polymer cement waterproofing mortar has the best bonding effect;polymer cement paste is not suitable as a bonding material for wet-laid waterproofing membranes.
