止泻四法联合穴位贴敷治疗小儿伤食泻疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察止泻四法联合穴位贴敷应用于小儿伤食泻的疗效。方法:选取2020年1月—2022年4月于福建医科大学附属漳州市医院就诊的108例伤食型腹泻患儿,采用红蓝球法随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组54例。对照组给予蒙脱石散进行治疗,治疗组采用止泻四法联合穴位贴敷进行治疗。止泻四法选取腹、脐、龟尾、七节4个穴位,以摩法、揉法、推法为主要手法,推拿后用中药贴敷于神阙、六枢与脾俞穴。结果:治疗后,治疗组有效率高于对照组,腹痛、腹泻、呕吐、血常规和粪常规改善时间短于对照组,腹泻次数少于对照组,大便性状、神思倦怠、面色萎黄、食后即泄、肠鸣音异常等症状评分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用止泻四法联合穴位贴敷治疗小儿伤食型泄泻,对其腹泻、腹痛等症状有较好的改善作用,起效快,不良反应少,值得临床广泛应用。Objective:To observe the curative effect of 4 antidiarrheal methods combined with acupoint application in treating children with diarrhea due to improper diet.Methods:A total of 108 children with diarrhea due to improper diet treated in Zhangzhou Hospital Affiliated to Fujian Medical University from January 2020 to April 2022 were selected and randomly divided into treatment group and control group by red and blue ball method,with 54 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with montmorillonite powder,and the patients in the treatment group were treated with 4 antidiarrheal methods combined with acupoint application.The four acupoints of abdomen,umbilicus,Guiwei and Qijie were selected in 4 antidiarrheal methods,and the massage,kneading and pushing methods were used as the main techniques.After tuina massage,Chinese medicinal plaster was applied to Shenque,Liushu and Pishu acupoints.Results:After treatment,the effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group.The improvement time of abdominal pain,diarrhea,vomiting,blood routine and stool routine was shorter than that of the control group.The frequency of diarrhea in the treatment group was less than that of the control group.The scores of stool characteristics,mental fatigue,sallow complexion,immediate diarrhea after eating and abnormal bowel sounds were lower than those of the control group.The differences were all statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of 4 antidiarrheal methods combined with acupoint application in treating children with diarrhea due to improper diet has a good improvement effect on diarrhea,abdominal pain and other symptoms,with quick effect and few adverse reactions,which is worthy of clinical application.
