摘  要:为了提高高速公路钢筋混凝土圆管涵施工效率与建设质量,保证公路的安全稳定运营,研究设计了一种高速钢筋混凝土圆管涵施工技术。根据朔神高速钢筋混凝土圆管涵施工项目的基本概况,选择合适的施工设备与基础材料,设计标高,测量放线,开挖基坑,完成垫层施工,灌注平基混凝土,安装管道,完成洞口施工,浇筑混凝土,回填基坑,完成高速公路的钢筋混凝土圆管涵施工工艺流程。结果显示:在等效加载试验下,不同工况、不同测试样点的混凝土最大应力、钢筋最大应力的检测结果,均大于初始的设计载荷,具有足够的抗压能力,满足设计要求。测试样点的钢筋混凝土圆管涵产生裂缝时的实际加载力远大于设计值,具有良好的强度与抗变形能力,满足实际要求。In order to improve the construction efficiency and quality of reinforced concrete circular pipe culvert of expressway and ensure the safe and stable operation of highway,a construction technology of high-speed reinforced concrete circular pipe culvert is studied and designed.According to the basic situation of the construction project of reinforced concrete circular pipe culvert at Shuoshen Expressway,select appropriate construction equipment and foundation materials,design elevation,survey and setting out,excavate foundation pit,complete cushion construction,pour flat foundation concrete,install pipes,complete portal construction,pour concrete,backfill foundation pit,and complete the construction process of reinforced concrete circular pipe culvert at expressway.The results show that under the equivalent loading test,the test results of the maximum stress of concrete and the maximum stress of reinforcement at different working conditions and different test sample points are greater than the initial design load,and have sufficient compressive capacity to meet the design requirements.The actual loading force of the reinforced concrete circular pipe culvert at the test sample point when cracks occur is far greater than the design value,which has good strength and deformation resistance and meets the actual requirements.
