大埔水电站抬高汛限水位研究

摘  要:在水库或水电站工程设计时,为减少无防洪任务的水电站库区淹没损失,一般会考虑设置汛限水位,即在汛期降低控制运行水位。一些水库经过多年的实际运行后,发现汛期有条件地抬高控制运行水位,库区淹没范围也可控制在初步设计提出的淹没补偿范围内,同时满足流域、区域防洪调度要求。本研究在分析《广西融江大埔水电站初步设计报告》提出的大埔水电站调度方式及近年来水电站实际运行调度情况的基础上,研究了大埔水电站抬高汛限水位的可行性,并进一步提出了抬高汛限水位后水库的动态运行调度方式,分析了抬高汛限水位的风险。For a reservoir or hydropower station without flood control task,in order to reduce reservoir inundation loss,flood limit water level is generally designed,i.e.the operation water level is lowered in flood season.At some reservoirs having been put into operation for years,it is found that even the flood control level is raised under cer⁃tain conditions,the reservoir inundation area could also be controlled within the inundation compensation range pro⁃posed in the preliminary design report while the flood regulating requirements of river basin and region are satisfied.For Dapu Hydropower Station,the author analyzed the regulation mode proposed in the preliminary design report and the actual operating regulation situation in recent years,studied the feasibility of raising flood limit water level,put forward a dynamic operating regulation mode for the reservoir after the flood limit level is raised,and analyzed the risk of raising flood limit level.
