摘　　要：抑郁是帕金森病(Parkinson's disease,PD)最常见的非运动症状之一,经常出现在疾病早期,严重影响生活质量并增加疾病负担。神经影像学已发现PD伴抑郁患者边缘系统存在广泛的结构与功能异常,特别是眶额皮层、前扣带回、杏仁核及海马,并与其病理生理学改变密切相关。本文以脑边缘系统为切入点,就PD伴抑郁患者脑边缘系统结构与功能改变的相关MRI研究进行综述,为将来的研究提供新的思路。Depression is one of the most common non-motor symptoms of Parkinson's disease(PD).It usually appears in the early stage of the disease,seriously affecting the quality of life and increasing the burden of the disease.Neuroimaging has found a wide range of structural and functional abnormalities in the limbic system,especially the orbitofrontal lobe,anterior cingulate gyrus,amygdala and hippocampus are closely related to the pathophysiology of PD with depression(DPD).Therefore,taking the limbic system as a starting point,this paper reviews the MRI studies related to the changes of brain structure and function in DPD patients,in order to provide new ideas for future research.
