数字经济背景下我国国际商务人才培养模式研究

摘　　要：物联网、云计算以及大数据等智能技术在人类经济社会生活中的广泛应用和深度嵌入,给我国国际商务人才培养带来了机遇和挑战。围绕人才培养目标、培养体系和培养方法,详细阐述数字经济背景下我国国际商务人才培养模式的创新,树立智能素养的创新型人才目标、打造智能化的教育生态体系以及实施师生共助“群智协同”培养方法培。养具备人工智能给我国国际商务人才培养模式带来的挑战。提出了具体的改革意见,明确数字经济时代国际。商务人才培养目标,充分利用数智技术,推动教育模式的智能化发展,培养学生的创新创业能力。The deep embedding of digital technologies such as the Internet of Things,cloud computing,brought opportunities and challenges to China's international business talent training.From the perspective of the training objectives,training systems,and training methods,this paper expounds in detail the innovation of China's international business talent training mode under the background of the digital economy:establishing the training objectives of innovative talents with intelligent literacy;building an intelligent education ecosystem;implementing the training method of"collective intelligence collaboration"with teachers and students.This paper points out the challenges the digital economy brings to the training mode of international business talents in our country and gives some suggestions for reform.
