摘  要:在一流专业建设背景下,以学生为中心、产出为导向、持续改进的OBE-PBGS式教学改革势在必行。以金融工程专业为例,通过分析学情和教学痛点、完善教学理念和教学目标、丰富教学案例库、创新教学方法和学习方式、强化课堂管理和教学过程控制、优化学生学习评价和师资队伍建设,构建线上线下相结合,课前、课中、课后全过程,教师与学生互相促进的良性自循环教学改革路径。Under the background of the construction of first-class majors,the OBE-PBGS teaching reform with student-centered,output-oriented and continuous improvement is imperative.Taking the major of financial engineering as an example,by analyzing the learning situation and teaching pain points,improving teaching concepts and teaching objectives,enriching the teaching case base,innovating teaching methods and learning methods,strengthening classroom management and teaching process control,optimizing student learning evaluation and teacher team construction,the paper builds a virtuous self-circulation teaching reform path that combines online and offline,the whole process of class,which teachers and students promote each other.
