“新商科”背景下创新创业人才培养对策研究

摘　　要：在新文科建设背景下,对高校商科创新创业人才培养提出了新要求。构建以育人、育才为中心的发展格局,促进专业优化,夯实课程体系,推动模式创新,实现学科深度交叉融合是新文科发展目标下对商科院校创新创业人才培养提出的重要任务。创新创业培养是商科院校将现代信息技术融入学科,达到知识扩展性和创新思维培养的重要方式,通过培养学生新商科“双创”精神,来提升新商科人才培养质量,进而培养“企业家精神”。深化新时代创新创业教师队伍建设,从激发企业意识,构建创新创业体系,打造创新创业师资队伍,搭建多元育人平台等视角提出创新创业人才培养模式对策建议,为新商科人才培养提供参考。In the context of the construction of new liberal arts,new requirements have been put forward for the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents in business studies in universities.Building a development pattern centered on educating people and talents,promoting professional optimization,consolidating the curriculum system,promoting model innovation,and achieving deep interdisciplinary integration are important tasks proposed for the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents in business colleges under the new development goals of humanities.Innovation and entrepreneurship training is an important way for business schools to integrate modern information technology into their disciplines,achieve knowledge expansion,and cultivate innovative thinking.By cultivating students’spirit of new business entrepreneurship and innovation,the quality of new business talent cultivation is improved,and thus the entrepreneurial spirit is cultivated.Deepen the construction of the innovation and entrepreneurship teacher team in the new era,propose countermeasures and suggestions for the training mode of innovation and entrepreneurship talents from the perspectives of stimulating enterprise awareness,building an innovation and entrepreneurship system,building an innovation and entrepreneurship teacher team,and building a diversified education platform,providing reference for the training of new business talents.
