摘　　要：近年来,随着畜牧兽医行业的发展和人民卫生水平的提高,核酸检测起着越来越重要的作用,即时检测在兽医实践中的需求十分迫切。重组酶聚合酶等温扩增(RPA)和重组酶介导扩增技术(RAA)是近年发展起来的核酸恒温扩增技术,可与侧向流层析等多种技术相结合,实现恒定温度下的快速检测。相对于PCR等传统方法,RPA和RAA具有操作简单快速、不易交叉污染、不需要大型仪器、结果判定简单明确、利于基层应用的优点,因而在兽医领域得到了广泛应用。该文对RPA和RAA技术的发展和在兽医领域的应用进行了综述。With the development of the animal husbandry and veterinary medicine and the improvement of people's health level,nucleic acid testing plays an increasingly important role,and point-of-care testing in veterinary practice becomes an urgent requirement.Recombinase polymerase amplification(RPA)and recombinase-aided amplification(RAA)are nucleic acid isothermal amplification techniques developed in recent years,which can be combined with various techniques such as lateral flow chromatography to achieve rapid detection at constant temperature.Compared to traditional methods such as PCR,they have the advantages of simple and fast operation,less cross contamination,no need for large instruments,simple and clear result determination,and being conducive to grassroots applications.Therefore,they have been widely used in the veterinary field.This article provides a review of the development and application of RPA and RAA technologies in the veterinary field.
