摘　　要：为了解粤北地区鸡球虫感染情况,该研究采集清远、韶关、河源和梅州等地区16家养鸡场的87份新鲜粪便样品,利用PCR方法检测鸡球虫。结果发现,粤北地区鸡球虫感染总阳性率为90.80%,其中清远、韶关、河源和梅州地区鸡球虫阳性率分别为88.24%,90.0%,100%和50.0%。和缓、毒害、堆型和柔嫩艾美耳球虫为优势虫种,阳性率分别为45.98%、43.67%、26.43%和22.98%。粤北地区鸡球虫以单一感染(41.38%)为主,其次为2个和3个虫种混合感染。结果表明,粤北地区鸡球虫感染情况较为普遍,尤其是致病力较强的毒害和柔嫩艾美耳球虫阳性率高。该研究为粤北地区鸡球虫病的防控提供理论依据。This study aims to determine the prevalence of Eimeria species on broiler farms in northern Guangdong.The study was conducted on 16 broiler chicken farms from Qingyuan,Shaoguan,Heyuan and Meizhou,in Guangdong province.87 fecal samples were collected.An overall prevalence of 90.80%Eimeria species infection was determined by PCR.The prevalence rate of coccidia in Qingyuan,Shaoguan,Heyuan and Meizhou were 88.24%,90.0%,100%,and 50.0%,respectively.E.mitis(45.98%),E.necatrix(43.67%),E.acervulina(26.43%),and E.tenella(22.98%)were the most prevalent species.Single-species infections were common in northern Guangdong(41.38%),followed by two species and three species mixed infection.The results of this study revealed that Eimeria spp.is a widely spreading protozoa parasite in chickens in northern Guangdong.Moreover,the high pathogenic species E.necatrix and E.tenella were the predominant Eimeria species.The results of the present study will help to develop improvement strategies for the control and prevention of avian coccidiosis on broiler chicken farms.
