触发点疗法联合磁振热治疗慢性颈肩部疼痛的疗效评价

摘　　要：为评价触发点疗法联合磁振热疗法治疗慢性颈肩部疼痛的临床疗效,选取66例慢性颈肩部疼痛患者,随机分为对照组和实验组,对照组患者行磁振热治疗,实验组患者行触发点疗法联合磁振热疗法,每周治疗5次,共治疗两周。于治疗前后对两组患者进行临床总有效率评价,并对两组患者进行视觉模拟评分法(visual analog scale,VAS)评分、颈椎功能障碍指数(neck disability index,NDI)评分、日常生活活动能力(activities of daily living,ADL)评分比较。结果发现:实验组患者总有效率为93.9%,对照组患者总有效率为66.7%,比较有统计学差异(P<0.05);治疗前,两组患者组间VAS评分、NDI评分及ADL评分无统计学差异(P>0.05);治疗前后,两组患者组内VAS评分、NDI评分及ADL评分比较有统计学差异(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者组间VAS评分、NDI评分及ADL评分比较有统计学差异(P<0.05)。触发点疗法联合磁振热治疗可以减轻慢性颈肩部疼痛患者的疼痛情况,改善患者颈肩部的功能障碍,提高患者的日常生活活动能力。Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of trigger point therapy combined with magnetic resonance heat therapy in the treatment of chronic neck and shoulder pain.Methods Sixty-six patients with chronic neck and shoulder pain were randomly divided into the control group(n=33)and the experimental group(n=33).Patients in the control group were treated with magnetic resonance fever,while patients in the experimental group were treated with trigger point therapy combined with magnetic resonance fever therapy,5 times a week for 2 weeks.Before and after treatment,the total clinical effective rate of the two groups was evaluated,and the Visual Analog scale(Visual Analog scale)was used to evaluate the patients in the two groups.VAS score,Neck Disability index(NDI)score and Activities of daily living(ADL)score were compared.Results The total effective rate was 93.9%in the experimental group and 66.7%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in VAS score,NDI score and ADL score between the two groups(P>0.05).Before and after treatment,there were significant differences in VAS score,NDI score and ADL score between the two groups(P<0.05).After treatment,there were significant differences in VAS score,NDI score and ADL score between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusions Trigger point therapy combined with magnetic resonance heat therapy can reduce the pain of patients with chronic neck and shoulder pain,improve the dysfunction of the patients'neck and shoulder,and improve the ability of daily living.
