摘 要:以聚对苯二甲酸丁二酯(PBT)、己二酸(AA)和碳纳米管(MWCNTs)分别为主封装材料、辅封装材料和导热填料,采用原位共混的方法制备了聚乙二醇(PEG)基相变储能复合材料(PCMs)。红外光谱分析表明,PCMs制备过程中,PEG与PBT发生了酯交换反应,与AA和MWCNTs发生了酯化反应。扫描电镜照片显示MWCNTs与PCMs有优异的相容性,在PCMs中分布均匀。热重分析、差示扫描量热分析和导热测试表明,添加1%的MWCNTs后,PCMs的起始分解温度升高了80℃,相变焓值增加约5%,达到143 J/g,热导率增加了36.8%,达到0.26 W/(m·K)。X射线衍射分析显示,MWCNTs的加入提升了PCMs的结晶能力,从而增加了其相变焓值。PCMs可注塑成型为标准样条,具有优异的可加工性。注塑样条在70℃放置2 h后,仍然能够保持最初的形状,展示出典型的固-固相变特征。Polyethylene glycol-based solid-solid phase change energy storage composites were prepared via in-situ copolymerization and in-situ blending,in which polybutylene terephthalate,adipic acid and carbon nanotubes were used as primary,secondary encapsulation material and thermal conductive filler,respectively.The ester exchange reaction and esterification reaction among PEG,PBT,AA and MWCNTs were confirmed by FT-IR.SEM photographs show that the compatibility of MWCNTs and PCMs is excellent,and MWCNTs are dispersed uniformly in PCMs.The results of TG,DSC,thermal conductivity tests and XRD display that the onset decomposition temperature,enthalpy of phase change,crystallinity and thermal conductivity of PCMs are all increased remarkably with the addition of 1%of MWCNTs.The PCMs prepared in this study could also be easily injection molded into standard strips,which show their excellent processability.The injection moulded samples are able to retain their initial shape after being left at 70°C for 2 h,demonstrating the typical solid-solid phase change characteristics.
