公德超市助推乡村文化振兴的基层实践与路径创新——以太湖县DT村为例

摘  要:发挥农民参与乡村文化营造的主体能动性是助推乡村文化振兴的必然要求。太湖县DT村以党建引领乡风文明,在公德超市改革创新中积聚农民智慧,强化信用建设。囿于传统小农文化的负面影响、运作技术本身的不利因素、传统人际关系的消极作用等,以公德超市为依托的乡村文化营造面临诸多难题。需要充分发挥小村官的大作为,通过乡村自主,巩固和拓展公德超市成果;借助多元共治,助力和支撑公德超市深度发展;利用市场力量,促进城市现代文明与乡村文化有效衔接;吸纳社会参与,有效动员社会组织参与公共文化服务供给;推动政策改进,优化公德超市可持续发展制度体系。Giving full play to the initiative of farmers to participate in the construction of rural culture is an inevitable requirement for boosting the revitalization of rural culture.DT Village,Taihu County,guided by the Party building,accumulated the wisdom of farmers in the reform and innovation of Gongde Supermarket,and strengthened the credit construction.Due to the negative impact of traditional smallholder culture,the adverse factors of operation technology itself,and the negative effects of traditional interpersonal relationships,the construction of rural culture based on Gongde Supermarket faces many difficulties.It is necessary to give full play to the big role of small village officials and consolidate and expand the achievements of Gongde Supermarket through rural autonomy,help and support the in-depth development of Gongde Supermarket with the help of multiple co-governance,make use of market supplement to promote the effective connection between urban modern civilization and rural culture,absorb social participation and effectively mobilize social organizations to participate in the supply of public cultural services,and promote policy improvement and optimize the sustainable development system of Gongde Supermarket.
