摘  要:文章通过爆管宏观检查与分析、化学成分分析、微观组织分析、硬度检验和力学性能试验等分析某电站锅炉T91钢高温过热器泄漏的原因,并提出了相应的建议和对策。分析结果显示该T91钢高温过热器管失效的原因是因管屏长期过热后外径蠕变应变偏高、组织老化、硬度偏低、力学性能下降,同时弯管处易存在氧化皮堵塞和弯曲应力作用,最终发生爆管。This paper studies the leakage of T91 steel high temperature superheater in a power plant boiler through the macro inspection and analysis,chemical composition analysis,microstructure analysis,hardness test and mechanical property test,and proposes corresponding suggestions and countermeasures.The results show that the failure was caused by high creep strain of outer diameter,aging of microstructure,low hardness and decline of mechanical property after long-term overheating of tube panel.At the same time,there was a tendency for oxide skin blockage and bending stress at the bend,which ultimately results in pipe burst.
