摘  要:为解决内冷水过滤器滤芯表面出现异常附着物的问题,对附着物进行灼烧、扫描电镜、能谱、热裂解-气相色谱-质谱联用和红外光谱检测。结果表明,内冷水滤芯表面附着物材为滤芯纤维老化产物,有少量铜氧化物附着,导致颜色呈浅绿色。文章分析了滤芯纤维老化产物可能产生的原因和对策,为水处理设备的维护和采购提供一定的指导意义。To solve the problem of abnormal attachments on the surface of the internal cold water filter element,burning,scanning electron microscopy(SEM),energy dispersive spectroscopy(EDS),pyrolysis-gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(PyGCMS),and infrared spectroscopy(IR)were used to detect the attachments.The results showed that the surface attachments were the aging filter fiber,with a small amount of copper oxide,displaying light green color.This paper analyzes the causes and countermeasures of the filter fiber,and provides guidance for the maintenance and procurement of water treatment equipment.
