辽宁沿海经济带“三生空间”功能耦合协调时空分异及影响因素

摘　　要：辽宁沿海经济带作为辽宁构建“一圈一带两区”区域发展格局重要组成,是辽宁实现全面振兴新突破的重要战略支撑.针对辽宁沿海经济带“三生空间”进行功能耦合协调时空分析及影响因素分析,对协调推进“四个全面”战略布局,统筹推进“五位一体”总体布局,实现新时代东北全面振兴、全方位振兴具有十分重要的意义.应用功能耦合协调度、空间动态面板数据、回归模型探讨“三生空间”空间情况,探究辽宁沿海经济带空间溢出效应.结果显示:①辽宁沿海经济带“三生空间”功能存在耦合交互复合关系,耦合度呈现低耦合、拮抗、磨合、协调耦合4种类型;②辽宁沿海经济带“三生空间”功能耦合度呈“S”形趋势,耦合协调度呈“U”形趋势,政策制定应立足时空差异特征规律,向生产、生活、生态齐头并进,可持续化迈进;③辽宁沿海经济带生活-生态功能耦合结果最差,应在政策制定和中、长期规划中加大向生态倾斜力度,协调生活空间和生态空间功能之间的耦合关系.The Liaoning coastal economic belt,as an important component of Liaoning’s regional development pattern of building the “One Circle,One Belt,Two Zones”,is an important strategic support for Liaoning to achieve comprehensive revitalization and new breakthroughs. Conducting a functional coupling coordination spatiotemporal analysis and influencing factor analysis on the “three-life spaces” of the Liaoning coastal economic belt is of great significance for coordinating the promotion of the “four comprehensive” strategic layout,coordinating the overall layout of the “five in one”,and achieving comprehensive revitalization and all-round revitalization of Northeast China in the new era. This article applies functional coupling co scheduling,spatial dynamic panel data,and regression models to explore the spatial situation of the “three-life spaces” and explore the spatial spillover effect of the Liaoning coastal economic belt. The results show that:①There is a coupling interaction composite relationship between the “three-life spaces” function in the Liaoning coastal economic zone,with four types of coupling:low coupling,antagonism,adaptation,and coordinated coupling. ②The functional coupling degree of the “three-life spaces” in the Liaoning coastal economic belt shows an “S” shaped trend,and the coupling coordination degree shows a “U” shaped trend. Policy formulation should be based on the characteristics of temporal and spatial differences,and move towards sustainable development of production,life,and ecology. ③The coupling effect between living and ecological functions in the Liaoning coastal economic zone is the worst,and efforts should be made to tilt towards ecology in policy formulation and medium-and long-term planning,in order to coordinate the coupling relationship between living space and ecological space functions.
