摘  要:随着光学棱镜制造水平的不断提升,越来越多的秒级精度立方体胶合棱镜、直角棱镜应用在光学系统中。介绍立方体胶合棱镜光学零件(见图1),该胶合棱镜的外形尺寸为54×54×54mm,胶合图纸要求双像差S≤10″,要实现该胶合棱镜双像差技术要求,需要将单件直角棱镜的第一、第二平行差控制在5″以内。通过相关工艺控制方法、分离器抛光精密加工技术的应用,有效地保证了零件的加工精度和生产效率。With the continuous improvement of optical prism manufacturing level,more and more cube and right angle prisms with second order accuracy are used in optical systems.The introduced cube glued prism is an optical part of our company,see Fig.1,the overall dimension of the glued prism is 54×54×54 mm,and the bonding drawing requires double aberration S≤10″,in order to meet the technical requirements of double aberration of the glued prism,the first and second parallel aberration of a single right angle prism should be controlled within 5″.Through the application of relevant process control methods and separator polishing precision machining technolo-gy,the machining accuracy and production efficiency of parts are effectively guaranteed.
