摘 要:以3种青海省乡土禾本科牧草垂穗披碱草(Elymus nutans)、短芒披碱草(E.breviaristatus)和老芒麦(E.sibiricus)为研究对象,利用NaCl和Na2SO4两种盐溶液进行胁迫处理,分析测定了盐胁迫下3种牧草种子的发芽性状,通过对比分析各指标间的差异进行耐盐性强弱评价,为筛选适宜盐碱地生长的优良耐盐牧草提供参考。结果表明:随盐浓度增加,3种牧草种子发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数和活力指数呈不同程度下降趋势,相对盐害率呈逐渐增加趋势,胚根长和胚芽长呈下降趋势,而芽根比呈先上升后下降趋势,这说明盐胁迫对胚根的毒害先于胚芽。通过主成分赋予权重法和隶属函数法对3种牧草耐盐性进行综合评价,发现垂穗披碱草对NaCl盐胁迫耐受性最强,短芒披碱草对两种盐胁迫反应最稳定,可作为盐碱地种植的候选牧草。Three native grasses of Qinghai Province,Elymus nutans,E.breviaristatus and E.sibiricus,were taken as research objects and NaCl and Na2SO4 salt solutions were used for stress treatment.The germination traits of three kinds of seeds were analyzed and determined under the salt stress,and the salt tolerance was evaluated through the comparative analysis of the differences between each indexes.The results showed that with increasing salt concentration,the germination percentage,germination potential,germination index,and vigor index of each kind of seed decreased to different degrees,and the relative salt damage rate gradually increased.Radicle length and germ length decreased with increasing salt concentration,while the bud to root ratio first increased then decreased,indicating that salt stress was more toxic to radicle than to germ.The salt tolerance of three kinds of herbage was comprehensively evaluated by principal component weighting and membership function methods,revealing that Elymus nutans exhibited the strongest NaCl salt stress tolerance,and E.breviaristatus exhibited the most stability in response to two kinds of salt stress,suggesting it as a candidate herbage for planting in saline-alkali land.
