摘  要:上海市某新建中学项目地下室钢结构主要为劲性柱结构,通过柱底部与预埋地脚螺栓固定连接,具有工期紧、熔透焊多、劲性柱与钢筋连接复杂等特点,施工难度较大。以该工程为例,对各施工技术要点进行分析,阐述施工质量保障措施,为同类工程提供参考。This paper focuses on the construction challenges and quality assurance measures of the basement steel structure in a newly-built middle school project in Shanghai.The structure primarily consists of a stiffened column system,with connections and fixations achieved through column base plates and embedded anchor bolts.The construction process involves tight schedules,complex welding requirements,and intricate connections between stiffened columns and reinforcements,posing significant construction difficulties.Taking this project as an example,this paper analyzes the technical aspects of the construction process and describes quality assurance measures,providing valuable insights and references for similar projects.
