摘　　要：外墙真石漆是建筑的外衣,随着物质生活水平的提高,人们对建筑外观的视觉追求也越来越高。施工过程充分运用PDCA科学管理手段,通过调查分析,针对“发花”的症结制定主要控制措施,边施工、边检查、边总结、边改进实施,有力保证项目外墙真石漆的施工质量。Real stone paint is a crucial component of a building's exterior wall,serving as its protective coating.As material living standards improve,people increasingly seek visually appealing architectural appearances.To ensure the construction quality of the project's exterior wall,this paper proposes the implementation of PDCA(Plan-Do-Check-Act)scientific management methodology.This involves conducting thorough investigations and analyses,formulating key control measures for critical aspects such as development,construction,inspection,summarization,improvement,and implementation.Effective implementation of these measures,including proper material control,flatness control,and spraying construction,contributes to maintaining the desired quality of the exterior wall.
