摘　　要：实现共同富裕是中国人民的共同心愿,也是最能反映中国特色社会主义制度的鲜明优越性。通过选取1978—2022年9份党代会报告及1份重要会议公报为研究对象进行分析,系统梳理自改革开放以来中国特色社会主义关于共同富裕的发展轨迹,大体分为“孕育谋富”阶段、“改革致富”阶段、“脱贫向富”阶段和“共享共富”阶段,呈现出从“先富后富”到“共享共富”,从“强调计划分配”到“追求公平效率”,从“脱贫致富”到“全面共富”,从“人的学历化”到“人的全面化”的逻辑嬗变。未来,中国特色社会主义共同富裕要以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想为指导,遵循社会主义市场基本规律,以追求高质量发展为导向,统筹社会多元主体分配关系;以提升相对贫困治理能力为目标,扎稳社会富裕推进步调;以探索建立共同富裕示范区为依托,发挥示范拉动的领跑作用。To achieve common prosperity is the common aspiration of the Chinese people,and it can best reflect the distinct superiority of the socialist system with Chinese characteristics.By selecting nine reports to the National Congresses of the CPC and one important conference communique from 1978 to 2022 as research objects,the paper systematically reviews the developing track of common prosperity in socialism with Chinese characteristics since China initiated its reform and opening up in 1978.The development of common prosperity can be roughly divided into“nurturing and seeking prosperity”“reforming and living a better life”“eliminating poverty and living prosperously”and“sharing the fruits and achieving common prosperity”.It presents a logical evolution from“people's living a better life”to“sharing the fruits and achieving common prosperity”,from“emphasizing planned distribution”to“pursuing fairness and efficiency”,from“eliminating poverty to living a prosperous life”to“growing prosperous for all people”,from“emphasizing people's educational background”to“people's well-rounded development”.In the future,the development of“common prosperity”of Socialism with Chinese Characteristics should first of all be guided by Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese characteristics.In order to gaining high-quality development,we should coordinate the distribution relationships of diverse social subjects by following the basic laws of the socialist market.We should stabilize the pace of promoting social prosperity with the goal of improving the governance capacity of relative poverty.We will build on exploring the establishment of common prosperity demonstration zone and give full play to its leading role.
