基于养阴润肺止咳散穴位敷贴法在肺阴亏虚、风邪犯肺型感染后咳嗽的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨基于养阴润肺止咳散穴位敷贴法在肺阴亏虚、风邪犯肺型感染后咳嗽的临床效果。方法随机选择2021年11月—2022年12月于广安市广安区人民医院门诊就诊的符合感染后咳嗽诊断标准的100例患者,依据随机抽签法分为研究组(穴位贴敷+西医治疗)与对照组(西医治疗),各50例。比较两组患者临床疗效、莱切斯特咳嗽生活质量问卷调查表(Leicester Cough Questionnaire,LCQ)以及治疗期间不良反应发生率。结果研究组总有效率(96.00%)高于对照组(78.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组心理健康、生理状况、社会功能各项评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应总发生率对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论基于养阴润肺止咳散穴位敷贴法在肺阴亏虚、风邪犯肺型感染后咳嗽中的临床疗效显著,提升患者生活质量,不增加不良反应发生率。Objective To explore the clinical effect of acupoint plastering method based on Yangyin Runfei Zhikesan in post-infectious cough of lung-Yin deficiency and wind-evil offending the lung type.Methods A total of 100 patients meeting the diagnostic criteria for postinfection cough were randomly selected from the outpatient department of Guang'an District People's Hospital from November 2021 to December 2022.and they were divided into a study group(acupoint plastering+western medicine treatment)and a control group(western medicine treatment)based on the method of random drawing,with 50 cases in each group.The clinical efficacy,Leicester Cough Questionnaire(LCQ)and the incidence of adverse reactions during treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 96.00%,which was higher than that of the control group(78.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of mental health,physical condition and social function of the study group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The clinical efficacy of acupoint plastering method based on Yangyin Runfei Zhikesan in post-infectious cough of lung-Yin deficiency and wind-evil offending the lung type is remarkable,which improves the quality of life of the patients and does not increase the incidence of adverse reactions.
