穴位按压联合情志疏导在胃肠镜检查中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的研究穴位按压联合情志疏导在胃肠镜检查中的应用效果。方法随机选取2021年9月—2022年8月在福建中医药大学附属晋江医院急门诊行胃肠镜检查的患者188例,按照随机数表法分为对照组与穴位按压联合情志疏导组,每组94例。对照组采用常规护理;穴位按压联合情志疏导组在对照组的基础上给予按压联合情志疏导护理。观察对比两组腹胀程度、疼痛程度、焦虑情绪、每分钟肠鸣音次数、腹胀完全缓解时间、舒适度及护理满意度。结果干预后30 min两组腹胀程度、疼痛程度、焦虑情绪、舒适度评分降低,且穴位按压联合情志疏导组低于对照组;两组每分钟肠鸣音次数均增加,且穴位按压联合情志疏导组次数高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。穴位按压联合情志疏导组腹胀完全缓解时间(4.36±0.77)h短于对照组(6.17±0.55)h,差异有统计学意义(t=18.545,P<0.05)。穴位按压联合情志疏导组患者对护理的总满意率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在胃肠镜检查中,予以穴位按压联合情志疏导,可显著地减轻患者的腹胀、疼痛、焦虑情绪的严重程度,改善胃肠道康复效果。缩短腹胀完全缓解时间,提升舒适度与护理满意度,效果理想。Objective To study the application effect of acupressure combined with emotional channeling in gastroenteroscopy.Methods A total of one hundred and eighty-eight patients who underwent gastroenteroscopy in the department of emergency outpatient of Jinjiang Hospital Affiliated to Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from September 2021 to August 2022 were randomly selected,and were randomly divided into control group and acupressure combined emotional channeling group,according to the random number table,with ninety-four patients in each group.The control group received routine nursing,while the patients in the acupressure combined emotional channeling group received acupressure combined with emotional channeling nursing on the basis of the control group,Abdominal distension degree,pain degree,anxiety mood,number of bowel sounds per minute,time for complete relief of abdominal distension,comfort level,and statistical satisfaction were observed and compared.Results At 30 min after intervention,scores of the degree of abdominal distension,pain,anxiety and comfort of the two groups were lower,and the acupressure combined emotional channeling group was lower than the control group,The frequency of bowel sounds per minute increased in both groups,and the acupressure combined emotional channeling group had more frequency than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total relief time of abdominal distension in acupressure combined emotional channeling group(4.36±0.77)h was shorter than that in control group(6.17±0.55)h,and the difference was statistically significant(t=18.545,P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of patients in acupressure combined emotional channeling group was higher than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In gastroenteroscopy,acupressure combined with emotional guidance can significantly reduce the severity of patients'abdominal distension,pain and anxiety,improve gastrointestinal rehabilitation,s
