加味四神理中汤治疗慢性顽固性腹泻的临床研究

摘　　要：目的 探究加味四神理中汤治疗慢性顽固性腹泻的临床效果。方法 方便2023年1—7月长春市中医院收治的86例慢性顽固性腹泻病患作为研究对象。随机抽签分为观察组和对照组,每组43例。对照组予以参苓白术散,观察组予以加味四神理中汤治疗。对比两组治疗效果。结果 观察组患者总有效率为95.35%,高于对照组的81.40%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.074,P<0.05)。观察组中医症候积分明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用加味四神理中汤治疗慢性顽固性腹泻,有利于缓解患者的病症,同时具有一定的安全性。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Jiawei Sishen Lizhong decoction in the treatment of chronic intractable diarrhea.Methods A total of 86 patients with chronic intractable diarrhea treated in Changchun Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January to July 2023 were conveniently selected as the study objects.They were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was given Shenling Baizhu powder,and the observation group was given supplemented Sinshenlizhong decoction.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Results The total effective rate of observation group was 95.35%,which was higher than that of control group(81.40%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.074,P<0.05).The scores of TCM symptoms in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in observation group was lower than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of supplemented Sinshenlizhong decoction in the treatment of chronic intractable diarrhea is beneficial to alleviate the disease of patients,and has certain safety.
