摘　　要：目的 烧伤整形外科中游离皮瓣的应用效果及安全性分析。方法 回顾性分析2020年1月—2021年6月聊城市第三人民医院收治的不同原因导致损伤且需要接受整形治疗的患者120例。依据治疗方案不同分为两组,各60例。对照组接受传统皮肤移植术治疗,观察组接受游离皮瓣修复治疗。对入组对象临床资料进行回顾性分析,比较治疗效果、疼痛改善情况、相关并发症。结果 观察组总有效率为96.67%,明显高于对照组的83.33%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.926,P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组疼痛评分明显低于对照组,观察组患者状态恢复效果恢复优良率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者术后均未发生相关并发症。结论 游离皮瓣在烧伤整形外科手术中作用显著,其能够最大程度促皮肤功能和外观改善,并可降低疼痛程度,手术安全性理想。需要注意的是,术后需要加强伤口观察及处理,进一步巩固手术治疗效果。Objective To analyze the application effect and safety of free skin flap in burn plastic surgery.Methods A retrospective analysis of 120 patients with different causes of injury and need to receive plastic surgery in Liaocheng Third People's Hospital from January 2020 to June 2021 were conducted.They were divided into two groups with 60 cases in each group.The control group received traditional skin grafting treatment,and the observation group received free skin flap repair treatment.The clinical data of the enrolled subjects were retrospectively analyzed,and the therapeutic effect,pain improvement and related complications were compared.Results The overall effective rate of observation group was 96.67%,which was higher than that of control group(83.33%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.926,P<0.05).After treatment,the pain score in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the rate of state recovery effect in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).No postoperative complications occurred in both groups.Conclusion Free skin flap plays a significant role in burn plastic surgery,which can promote the improvement of skin function and appearance to the greatest extent,and reduce the degree of pain,and the surgical safety is ideal.It should be noted that postoperative wound observation and treatment should be strengthened to further consolidate the effect of surgical treatment.
