摘　　要：目的 分析肥厚性心肌病双心室流出道梗阻的临床表现与特征。方法 方便选取2020年1月—2022年1月厦门市第五医院收治的64例肥厚性梗阻型心肌病患者为研究对象,对所有患者进行超声心动图检查,结合心脏核磁共振影像资料,将44例左心室流出道梗阻患者作为对照组,20例双心室流出道梗阻患者作为观察组,分析患者临床表现与临床资料特征。结果 观察组年龄低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组左室舒张末期内径(35.31±4.06)mm、最大心室壁厚度(66.42±3.86)mm低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=5.947、3.333,P<0.05)。观察组左心房内径(41.58±9.03)mm、心室流出道梗阻压差(73.51±5.23)mmHg高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=3.448、21.489,P<0.05)。结论 通过分析肥厚性心肌病双心室流出道梗阻的临床表现与特征可为临床提供参考。Objective To analyze the clinical manifestations and characteristics of biventricular outflow tract obstruction in hypertrophic cardiomyopathy.Methods 64 patients with hypertrophic obstructive cardiomyopathy admitted to Xiamen Fifth Hospital during January 2020-January 2022 were conveniently selected as study subjects.Echocardiography was performed on all patients,combined with cardiac magnetic resonance imaging data,44 patients with left ventricular outflow tract obstruction were taken as the control group,and 20 patients with biventricular outflow tract obstruction were taken as the observation group,and the patients'clinical manifestations and characteristics of clinical data were analyzed.Results The age of patients in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The left ventricular end-diastolic internal diameter(35.31±4.06)mm and maximum ventricular wall thickness(66.42±3.86)mm in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=5.947,3.333,P<0.05).The left atrial internal diameter(41.58±9.03)mm and ventricular outflow tract obstruction pressure difference(73.51±5.23)mmHg in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=3.448,21.489,P<0.05).Conclusion By analyzing the clinical manifestations and characteristics of biventricular outflow tract obstruction in hypertrophic cardiomyopathy can provide clinical reference.
