小儿肺咳颗粒联合红霉素治疗小儿毛细支气管炎对CRP、IL-6和WBC水平的影响

摘　　要：目的 采用小儿肺咳颗粒与红霉素联合治疗小儿毛细支气管炎,分析对患儿炎性因子水平的影响。方法 随机选取2022年1—10月山东省临朐县人民医院100例小儿毛细支气管炎患儿进行研究,基于随机数表法分为对照组与观察组,各50例。对照组患儿采用小儿肺咳颗粒治疗,观察组采用小儿肺咳颗粒联合红霉素治疗。对两组患儿的临床治疗效果、炎性反应水平以及症状消退时间进行对比。结果 观察组症状消退时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组炎性反应水平和动脉血气指标优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的治疗有效率为96.00%,高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=8.306,P<0.05)。结论 对毛细支气管炎患儿使用红霉素结合小儿肺咳颗粒进行治疗,可以显著减轻患儿的临床症状,提高患儿免疫力。Objective To analyze the effect of Xiaoer Feike granule combined with erythromycin on the level of inflammatory factors in children with bronchiolitis.Methods One hundred cases of children with bronchiolitis in Linqu County People's Hospital of Shandong Province from January to October 2022 were randomly selected to study.The patients were grouped based on the random number table method,with fifty cases in each control group and observation group.Control group was treated with Xiaoer Feike granules,observation group was treated with Xiaoer Feike granules combined with erythromycin.The clinical therapeutic effect,the level of inflammatory response and the time of symptom resolution were compared between the two groups.Results Symptom resolution time in the observation group was faster than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The inflammatory response level and arterial blood gas indexes in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The effective rate was 96%.00 in the observation group,significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=8.306,P<0.05).Conclusion Treating children with bronchiolitis with erythromycin combined with Xiaoer Feike granules can significantly reduce their clinical symptoms and improve their immunity.
