综合护理干预对提升头颈部肿瘤放疗患者护理满意度的效果分析

摘　　要：目的 探究在头颈部肿瘤放疗患者中应用综合护理干预的临床干预效果以及对患者护理满意度的提升。方法 随机选取2021年3月—2023年6月于吉林省肿瘤医院放疗研究室诊治的70例头颈部肿瘤放疗患者为研究对象,根据护理对策分为对照组与观察组,各35例。观察组选取综合护理,对照组采用基础护理。对比两组患者护理前后健康相关生活质量、焦虑抑郁情况及对护理的满意度。结果 护理后,观察组生活质量评分优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组焦虑抑郁情况均有明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 在头颈部肿瘤放疗患者中实施综合护理干预,可有效提升患者生活质量,明显改善患者不良心理状态,护理质量、护理满意度被患者认同。Objective To investigate the clinical intervention effect of the application of comprehensive nursing interventions in patients undergoing radiotherapy for head and neck tumors and the enhancement of patients'nursing satisfaction.Methods A total of 70 head and neck tumor radiotherapy patients diagnosed and treated in radiotherapy laboratory of Jilin Cancer Hospital from March 2021 to June 2023 were randomly selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and observation group according to nursing countermeasures,with 35 cases in each group.Observation group was given comprehensive nursing,control group was given basic nursing.Health-related quality of life,anxiety and depression and satisfaction with nursing were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the life quality score of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Anxiety and depression were significantly improved in both groups,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of comprehensive nursing interrention in patients with head and neck tumors radiotherapy can effectively improved the quality of life of patients,significantly improved the adverse psychological state of patients,the quality of care and nursing satisfaction are recognized by patients.
