终末期肾病患者经血液透析联合血液灌流治疗对血清钙磷水平及肾功能的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨终末期肾病患者经血液透析联合血液灌流治疗对血清钙磷水平及肾功能的影响。方法随机选取2021年12月—2022年12月仙游县总医院行维持性血液透析的100例终末期肾病患者,按随机数表法分为对照组(n=50,血液透析治疗)和观察组(n=50,血液透析联合血液灌流治疗),比较两组患者血清钙磷水平、肾功能及氧化应激标志物。结果治疗后,观察组血清钙磷数值、甲状旁腺激素水平、血清β2-微球蛋白与对照组数据对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组肾功能指标明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组氧化应激标志物水平明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论终末期肾病患者经血液透析联合血液灌流治疗血清钙磷水平及肾功能均得到改善,同时氧化应激标志物也明显改善。Objective To investigate the efficacy of hemodialysis combined with hemoperfusion on serum calcium and phosphorus levels and renal function in patients with end-stage renal disease.Methods A total of 100 patients with end-stage renal disease who underwent maintenance hemodialysis in Xianyou County General Hospital from December 2021 to December 2022 were randomly selected and divided into control group(n=50,hemodialysis treatment)and observation group(n=50,hemodialysis combined with hemoperfusion treatment)according to random number table method.Serum calcium and phosphorus levels,renal function and markers of oxidative stress were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,serum calcium and phosphorus values,parathyroid hormone levels and serumβ2-microglobulin in observation group were compared with those in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the renal function index of observation group was significantly lower than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the level of oxidative stress markers in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The serum calcium and phosphorus levels and renal function of patients with end-stage renal disease were improved by hemodialysis combined with hemoperfusion,and the markers of oxidative stress were also significantly improved.
