重复经颅磁刺激联合针刺治疗颅脑损伤患儿认知功能障碍的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察重复经颅磁刺激(rTMS)联合针刺对颅脑损伤患儿认知功能障碍的临床疗效。方法选取2020年2月—2022年2月在江西省儿童医院就诊的颅脑损伤后认知功能障碍患儿48例,采用随机数字表法分为rTMS组(16例)、针刺组(16例)、联合组(16例),分别予rTMS、醒脑开窍针刺和rTMS联合醒脑开窍针刺治疗,共8周。比较3组治疗前后Gesell发育商评分。结果治疗前,各组患儿Gesell发育商评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,联合组评分最优,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论运用rTMS联合醒脑开窍针刺能更有效地改善颅脑损伤患儿的认知功能障碍。Objective To observe the clinical effect of repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation(rTMS)combined with acupuncture in treating cognitive dysfunction after children with traumatic brain injury.Methods From February 2020 to February 2022,48 traumatic brain injury children with cognitive impairment in Jiangxi Provincial Children’s Hospital were selected as the participants,and were randomly divided into rTMS group of 16 cases,acupuncture group of 16 cases and combined group of 16 cases.They accepted rTMS,Xingnao Kaiqiao acupuncture and combination of rTMS and Xingnao Kaiqiao acupuncture,respectively,for eight weeks.They were assessed by Geiser’s Developmental Scale(Gesell)before and after treatment.Results There was no significant difference in scores Gesell among three groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the combined group had the best score,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of rTMS and Xingnao Kaiqiao acupuncture can improve the cognitive dysfunction of children with head injury more effectively.
