摘　　要：目的探讨采用针刺治疗支气管哮喘的效果。方法选择南昌市洪都中医院2020年6月—2021年6月收治的68例支气管哮喘患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其随机分为对照组和观察组,每组34例。对照组采用西医疗法,观察组在对照组的基础上施行中医针刺疗法。分析对比2组患者的肺功能[用力肺活量(FVC)、第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV_(1))、一秒率(FEV_(1)/FVC)]和治疗总有效率。结果治疗后,观察组的FVC、FEV_(1)、FEV_(1)/FVC水平均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组总有效率94.12%(32/34)高于对照组的73.53%(25/34)(P<0.05)。结论采用针刺治疗支气管哮喘可以改善患者的肺功能,提高治疗总有效率。Objective To explore the effect of acupuncture therapy on bronchial asthma.Methods A total of 68 patients with bronchial asthma from June 2020 to June 2021 were randomly divided into control group and observation group according to table method,with 34 cases in each group.The control group received Western medicine therapy,and the observation group received traditional Chinese acupuncture therapy on the basis of the control group.Lung function[forced vital capacity(FVC),forced expiratory volume one second(FEV_(1)),rate one second(FEV_(1)/FVC)]and total effective rate were analyzed and compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the levels of FVC,FEV_(1) and FEV_(1)/FVC in observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of observation group was 94.12%(32/34),which was higher than that of control group(73.53%,25/34)(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture in the treatment of bronchial asthma can improve the lung function of patients and increase the total effective rate.
