清心安寐汤治疗痰火扰心型失眠临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察清心安寐汤治疗痰火扰心型失眠临床观察临床效果。方法选取2020年3月—2021年3月就诊于枣庄市峄城区中医院门诊及内科住院的痰火扰心型失眠患者60例,按照随机数字表法分为试验组(清心安寐汤治疗)和对照组(艾司唑仑片治疗),各30例。观察2组患者治疗前后中医症状效果及匹兹堡睡眠质量指数评分的变化。结果经治疗,观察组的治疗总有效率为90.0%(27/30),明显高于对照组的60.0%(18/30)(P<0.05);观察组匹兹堡睡眠质量指数评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论清心安寐汤能够使痰火扰心型失眠患者的大多数临床症状得到明显改善,大大提高了患者的生活质量,疗效满意,是临床值得推广的治疗痰火扰心型失眠有效、安全的方剂。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Qingxin Anmei decoction in the treatment of insomnia of phlegm fire disturbing heart type.Methods A total of 60 patients with insomnia of phlegm fire disturbing heart type who were hospitalized in Yicheng Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2020 to March 2021 were selected and divided into experimental group(Qingxin Anmei decoction)and control group(Esazolam tablet)according to random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The effects of TCM symptoms and Pittsburgh sleep quality index were observed before and after treatment in 2 groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was 90.0%(27/30),which was significantly higher than that of the control group(60.0%,18/30)(P<0.05).Pittsburgh sleep quality index score of observation group was lower than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Qingxin Anmei decoction can significantly improve most of the clinical symptoms of patients with insomnia of phlegm fire disturbing heart type,greatly improve the quality of life of patients,and has satisfactory curative effect.Qingxin Anmei decoction is an effective and safe prescription for the treatment of insomnia of phlegm fire disturbing heart type.
