背后臂屈伸锻炼配合握肩拔伸手法联合中药熏洗治疗粘连性肩周炎的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨对粘连性肩周炎患者采取背后臂屈伸锻炼配合握肩拔伸手法联合中药熏洗治疗的临床效果。方法从南京中医药大学附属南京市中医院2019年1月—2021年9月收治的粘连性肩周炎患者中随机抽选出53例作为研究对象,评估患者治疗前,治疗1周、1个月和3个月后的视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分及采用Constant-Murley肩关节评分系统的肩周炎功能评分等指标的变化情况。结果从治疗1周后开始,患者的VAS评分越来越低。患者治疗后的Constant-Murley评分优于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于粘连性肩周炎患者来说,臂屈伸锻炼配合握肩拔伸手法联合中药熏洗治疗,能减轻其关节的疼痛,改善其关节的活动度、肌力和日常活动能力,临床效果确切。Objective To explore the clinical effect of manipulation combined with back arm flexion and extension exercise combined with Chinese medicine fumigation for patients with adhesion periarthritis of shoulder.Methods Fifty-three patients with adhesive periarthritis of shoulder admitted to Nanjing Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine Affiliated to Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine from January 2019 to September 2021 were randomly selected as the subjects of this study.The changes of visual analogue Scale(VAS)scores and periarthritis function scores using Constant-Murley shoulder joint scoring system were evaluated before treatment and after 1 week,1 month and 3 months.Results From 1 week after treatment,patients’VAS scores became lower and lower.The Constant Murley score of patients after treatment was better than that before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with clinical adhesion periarthritis of shoulder,manipulation combined with back arm flexion and extension exercise combined with Chinese medicine fumigation therapy can significantly improve the patients’joint pain,range of motion,muscle strength and daily activity ability,and has significant clinical effect.
