摘　　要：糖尿病视网膜病变(DR)是糖尿病(DM)常见的微血管并发症之一,中医学称之为“消渴目病”。DR是成人失明的主要原因,会严重危害患者身心健康,该病的防治是现代医学及中医学的研究热点及重点,但现代医学目前缺少有效的治疗方法。近年来随着中医学的不断发展,中药治疗DR的优势日益凸显,中药组方严谨,依据中医整体观念、辨证论治的特点,从整体出发,多环节、多层面、多靶点、多途径进行治疗,调和阴阳气血,达到正气存于内、邪气不可干的目标。因此,文章从病因病机、辨证分型以及中药治疗等方面进行探讨,以期为DR的治疗提供更多思路。Diabetic retinopathy(DR)is one of the common microvascular complications of diabetes,which is called“diabetes eye disease”in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).Diabetes retinopathy is the main cause of blindness in adults,which seriously harm the physical and mental health of patients.Prevention and treatment of DR is the focus and focus of modern medicine and TCM.However,modern medicine lacks effective treatment.In recent years,with the continuous development of TCM,the advantages of TCM in the treatment of diabetes retinopathy have become increasingly prominent.Chinese medicine prescription is well organized.Based on the holistic concept of TCM and the characteristics of syndrome differentiation and treatment,TCM carried out treatment from the holistic point of view,multi-link,multi-level,multi-target and multi-approach,harmonizing yin-yang and qi-blood,and achieving the goal of keeping healthy qi in the body,while evil qi cannot intervene.Therefore,this article discusses the etiology,pathogenesis,syndrome differentiation and TCM treatment,in order to provide more ideas for the treatment of DR.
