摘  要:超疏水材料由于其独特的润湿性能,被广泛应用于日常生活和工业生产中。目前,单一功能化超疏水材料已经难以满足条件更为严苛的应用环境。近年来,超疏水表面在透明性、自修复、浸润性转换和耐久性等方面被广泛关注,并开展了一系列研究。这种材料的功能性应用于金属防护,能够极大地减少腐蚀介质与基底表面的接触,从而达到高效的防腐蚀效果,并满足表面的其他功能性需求。综述了功能性超疏水表面的构筑,及其在金属防护中的应用研究进展,并展望了超疏水材料在金属防护领域的研究热点和方向。Due to their unique wetting properties,superhydrophobic materials are widely used in daily life and industrial production.Currently,single functionalized superhydrophobic materials are no longer able to meet the more demanding conditions of application environments.In recent years,superhydrophobic surfaces have been widely focused on transparency,self-healing,wettability conversion,and durability,and a series of studies have been conducted.The functional application of such materials in metal protection can significantly reduce the contact of corrosive media with the substrate surface,thus achieving efficient corrosion protection and meeting other functional requirements of the surface.This paper reviewed the construction of functionalized superhydrophobic surfaces and the research progress of their application in metal protection and looked forward to the research hotspots and directions of superhydrophobic materials in the field of metal protection.
