摘  要:文章以成品油船甲板管单元支架和步桥单元支架为研究对象,在Patran软件中把油船甲板上的管单元支架和管子,以及步桥单元支架、支撑结构都用细网格模拟出来,导入到CSR FE analysis软件中进行三舱段细网格分析,根据分析评估和相关规范要求,对管单元支架和步桥单元支架进行多次优化分析,结构强度满足设计要求,管单元支架和步桥单元支架的结构尺寸减小,结构重量减轻,达到优化设计的目的。This paper uses the deck pipe unit support and bridge unit support on the product carrier as the research object.In Patran software,the pipe unit support and pipe on the deck of the oil tanker,as well as the bridge unit support and support structure are simulated with fine grid and imported into CSR FE analysis software for fine grid analysis of three cabins.According to the analysis evaluation and relevant specification requirements,it optimizes the pipe unit support and bridge unit support several times.The structural strength meets the design requirements;it cuts the structural size of the pipe unit support and bridge unit support,and reduces the structural weight,achieving an optimized design.
