摘 要:BQ地区东营组地层具有砂岩疏松、原油黏度高、流动难度大的特点,单井试油时多采用测试射孔联作、射流泵排液工艺,在此过程中若压差控制不当,极易造成地层出砂、管柱卡埋的后果。为了确保充分激动地层同时防止地层出砂,以测井数据为基础进行力学计算,得到最小临界出砂压差5~7 MPa,从而确定合理生产压差应小于5 MPa,在此基础上考虑射孔爆轰效应影响确定合理测试压差,并结合射流泵排液情况的统计规律,确定射流泵排液泵压上限值为6 MPa。经BQ6、BQ102X两口井现场成功应用,分别获得日产原油40.05 m^(3)、3.22 m^(3),且无砂堵现象。该方法对于疏松砂岩储层试油测试具有借鉴意义。In the Dongying formation loose sandstone in the BQ area,where crude oil is highly viscous to hinder its flow,the single-well oil testing is often conducted in conjunction with perforation and drainage via jet pump.In this process,any improper control on differential pressure may easily cause formation sand production and string sticking.To ensure a sufficient stimulation of strata without sand production,a mechanical calculation was made using the logging data.The minimum critical differential pressure for sand production was obtained to be 5~7 MPa,and then the rational differential pressure for oil production was determined to be less than 5 MPa.Coupling with the impact of detonation effect in perforation on determination of rational differential pressure for oil testing,and the statistic rule for drainage via jet pump,the upper limit of jet pump pressure for drainage was defined as 6 MPa.Field applications in two wells(BQ6 and BQ102X)demonstrated a daily production of 40.05 m^(3)and 3.22 m^(3),respectively,with no sand production observed.It is concluded that the proposed method is referential for oil testing in loose sandstone reservoirs.
